A College Ready student is an academically prepared student, ready for postsecondary education or training without the need for remedial coursework.
RCC Bus Schedule to the Honeycutt Center
Transportation is provided for students to take courses at the Honeycutt Center and the Covington Street Campus. Students are responsible for getting to the bus on time. Students must report to the bus parking lot according to the following schedule:
1st Period classes------Bus #42------Report by 7:50 a.m.
4th Period classes---- --Bus #19------Report by 1: 10 p.m.
*Students will be notified if the bus number changes.

The NC Promise Tuition Plan
Through NC Promise, the state will significantly reduce student tuition cost at three UNC system institutions – Elizabeth City State University, The University of North Carolina at Pembroke, and Western Carolina University – beginning in Fall 2018. The plan will increase educational access, reduce student debt and grow the state’s economy.
