Although your RCC final grades appear on your high school transcript, students must request their OFFICIAL college transcript from Richmond Community College. RCC will send your transcript to college you plan to attend. You have two options to request your transcript:
Official Curriculum Transcripts are processed electronically through the National Student Clearinghouse. Electronic transcripts are processed the same day unless research is required.
Processing Options for electronic requests for Official Curriculum Transcripts:
- Electronic PDF – Processed and sent the same day if research is not required.
- Mail – Processed and mailed within one (1) business day
- Pick Up – Processed and ready for pick up within one (1) business day
The fee for Official Curriculum Transcripts requested using the National Student Clearinghouse site is $6

To request an Official Curriculum Transcript using our paper request form, please print the below form or come to campus. Official curriculum transcripts using this form with one business day processing cost $2. Official curriculum transcripts with same day (on demand) processing cost $10. Payment accepted for mailed in requests include check or money order. Payment accepted for in-person requests include check, money order, cash, Visa, and MasterCard. These transcripts can be mailed or held for pick up. Richmond Community College does not fax or email transcripts.
