On occasion, Carver Middle School is forced into a "soft lockdown".  During a soft lockdown teachers lock their doors and continue teaching.  This type of lockdown might occur when a student search is underway and there is no danger to students and staff.  Click on the image below to view an example of a classroom in a soft lockdown.
