The mission of Partners in Ministry's Upward Bound program is to mentor participants' successful entrance into post-secondary education. 

Our Goal

The goal of the Upward Bound program is to provide academic instruction, motivation, study skills, and other support services necessary to increase the rate at which first-generation high school students enroll in post-secondary education.
