• Screening request for parents, staff, and community members

    A parent, guardian, staff, or other community members with academic knowledge of the student may request a student be referred for AIG screening. Students are also encouraged to advocate for themselves.  If you would like to request screening, please use the link below to complete our AIG Screening Request form.  You may submit the completed form and provide supporting documentation to the school's

    AIG Facilitator.
